Running Injuries to the Knee Distance running is a significant part of the basic fitness program of many people. However, higher mileage, competitive runners typically require a more comprehensive treatment approach. Treating the condition can be a challenge because underlying myofascial restrictions can significantly contribute to the patient’s pain and disability.
